Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by creating compelling presentations, and graphs to showcase our products and services. Your expertise in CRM concepts and proficiency in tools like ZOHO will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as you will be interacting with clients and internal teams regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation Creation: Develop and design engaging PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Data Visualization: Create and interpret graphs, charts, and other visual aids to support sales pitches and proposals.
- CRM Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of CRM concepts to understand client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs. Experience with ZOHO CRM is a plus.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support in all pre-sales activities.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation and proposals that accurately reflect client needs and our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or a related field. MBA or MCA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role, with a strong portfolio of presentations and videos.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in ZOHO CRM being highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
